Hello RSVPs!

We can't wait to chill with you @The W Hotel this Saturday! We are at full capacity with an equal number of ladies and gentlemen. Thank you Austin!  

The playing field is leveled, the venue is fabulous and all you need to do is show up with an open heart! Don't forget to dress grown and sexy!

Additionally, your RSVP is now currency that can be used to win cash money and free drinks throughout the event. If your plans have changed, release your ticket so that others may have the opportunity to attend.

Giveaways - How to win

Upon check in, your RSVP and phone number will automatically enter you into the raffle. Winners will be chosen at random, given you have done the following:

  1. RSVP’d

  2. Checked in

  3. Opted into our interactive ice breaker game (You can do this onsite at The W or via text day before the event. No worries, more info to come)

Cash Prizes 

  • Three cash prizes available for Her ($25, $25 & $50)

  • Three cash prizes available for Him ($25, $25 & $50)

Signature drink giveaway

  • Spring Equinox: deep eddy citrus vodka, Cointreau, lemon, agave nectar, sparkling rambler

  • Star Gazer: blanco tequila, grand marnier, lime, agave nectar

Icebreakers - What to expect

During the mixer, you can interact with people traditionally or optionally play our zodiac based icebreaker game and group based activity. There will be three, 30 minute, rounds starting promptly at 7:15PM. Be sure to have your phone notifications on! We will be live texting you during the game. More info will be sent on the day of.

We highly encourage grabbing a digital business card for fast info exchange. HiHello and Blinq are two free, fully digital options that you can start using immediately.  

The Venue - What to expect

The mixer will be held in the secret bar (red room) and living room. We’ve worked with The W to develop special drinks just for you. Those can only be purchased at the secret bar! Upon arrival, you will be greeted by a sign that points you to check in. Once checked in, proceed to the left and you'll see the living room and entrance to the secret bar.

Bathrooms are situated in the back on the right.

If you’d like to grab a bite before or after the mixer, Trace restaurant is immediately to the far left of the mixer. Reservations are highly encouraged!

Directions & parking

The W is located at 200 Lavaca street right next to Austin City Limits. Parking is plentiful around the 2nd street district. These are some options to choose from:

  • Paid valet @ the W Hotel

  • AMLI Downtown Garage, 201 Lavaca St, Austin, TX 78701

  • Austin city limits parking - 310 W Willie Nelson Blvd, Austin, TX 78701

  • Austin city hall, 301 W 2nd St, Austin, TX 78701

  • Silicon Labs, (Lavaca Street Entrance): $10 flat-rate parking

  • Street parking

 

Afterparty w/ "Will to The" @ LuLu's South Austin

If you are not ready to call it a night, bring your new connection(s) down to kick with "Will to the" for some R&B, Soul, Afro Beat and Reggae!
